Somebody has to
plan it. Might
as well be us
Every night we book starts with one person in a group chat who got volunteered. That is who this page is for.
Nobody plans their own birthday
Send the date and how many people are coming. We find the venue that fits the group, hold the section, and have the setup ready when you walk in so you are not standing at a table explaining who you are.
You get the arrival window, the name to give at the door, and one person on text all night if anything changes. If two more friends show up, that is a message, not a crisis.
The birthday setup
Sparklers, the section, and somebody who remembers whose night it is.
Ten to thirty people, one night, zero standing on a sidewalk
The biggest reason these nights go wrong is that the group is too big to walk up anywhere.
We size the venue first
A group of twenty needs a section that actually seats twenty, not a table for eight with people standing around it.
One name at the door
Your whole party clears on one name. No splitting up, no counting heads on the sidewalk, no negotiating with security.
The minimum, split
We tell you the real minimum upfront so the group can split it before the night, not argue about it at 1am.
You do not know the city. We do.
Game weekend, a convention, a concert at Toyota Center, or just a group flying in. The internet will tell you the same five clubs it tells everyone, and half of them will be wrong for your group or dead on the night you are here.
Tell us what you are in town for and what kind of night you want. We will put you somewhere that is actually going on the night you are actually here.
The skyline option
Rooftop in Midtown, with the city behind you.
You earned it somewhere with fluorescent lighting
Celebrate it somewhere better. Same process as a birthday: the date, the headcount, the budget, and we handle the rest. Graduation weekends fill fast in this city, so the earlier you send it the better the section.
Coming through with people
If you are rolling with a camera crew, an entourage, or a following, tell us that upfront. It changes the venue, the section, and the conversation we have with the venue before you arrive. We have been handling these nights in Houston since 2013.
Same section, every month
Once we have booked you, we keep your section, your venue, and the date that matters to you. The next time is a text and a confirmation, and about eleven months from now you will get a message asking if you want the same setup for your birthday again.
We keep your number to handle your bookings and to check in before the dates you told us about. Reply STOP any time and we will stop texting.
