Two numbers,
no surprises
There is a reservation fee you pay us, and a bottle minimum you pay the venue. They are different numbers and we quote them both before you commit to anything.
Six steps, about ten minutes of your attention
You send the night
Date, headcount, budget range, venue if you have one in mind, and your number. Five fields.
We text you back
Target is under five minutes between 11am and 2am. You get two or three real sections with the real minimum attached.
You pick one
Ask us anything first. What the section looks like, where it sits, what time to get there, whether the upgrade is worth it.
We hold it and invoice you
The section is held while you decide, usually 24 hours. The fee comes on an invoice with a receipt and the cancellation policy on it.
We confirm with the venue
Your name, headcount, section and arrival window go to the venue in writing before the night. You get the same by text.
You walk in
Give your name at the door. Your bottle minimum is settled with the venue at your table, the same as if you walked up yourself.
What you are actually paying us for
A person who answers in minutes instead of days. Real prices instead of DM for info. A section that is held in writing rather than promised. Your name at the door so your group is not negotiating on a sidewalk. And someone on text all night if the headcount changes.
Most nights the fee runs $50 to $100, depending on the venue, the night, and how big the section is. The biggest venues on a peak night can run higher. We tell you the number before you send anything, and it is written on the invoice.
What it is not
It is not a deposit against your bar tab, and it does not come off your bottle minimum. Those are the venue numbers and they stay the venue numbers. Anyone who blurs those two together is setting you up for an argument at the table.
What the venue charges
Every section has a minimum spend, usually expressed in bottles. It varies by venue, by night, and by where the section sits. A floor section on a Thursday and a stage-side section on a Saturday are not in the same range.
We quote you the real one. If a venue raises its minimum for a holiday weekend or a special event, we tell you before you book rather than letting you find out at the table.
Why this is not a promoter with a payment app
Houston nightlife runs on a lot of people asking strangers to send money to a handle. We understand exactly why you are hesitant, so here is the difference, in plain terms.
You get an invoice from a registered business, not a request from a personal account. You get a receipt, and a cancellation policy written down before you pay. The minimum is quoted before you commit, not revealed at the table. The venue knows your name before you arrive, in writing. And Mastermind Lifestyle has been working Houston nightlife since 2013, across more than a dozen venues.
If anything about a booking goes wrong on our end, your fee becomes credit toward another night. We would rather keep you than keep the money.
